How is it being spent?

The school’s core belief is that there is no better substitute for ‘first-quality teaching’. We have chosen to use this funding to increase support staff numbers and hours to facilitate this further.  By having more adults in each year this in turn allows the teachers to further adapt lessons and have an even wider range of supported work occurring in every subject, thereby personalizing the learning for individuals.

Every year group has additional hours and additional support.  By increasing hours, all pupils reap the benefits. Equality of access and opportunity are important to us.
